Menu Bar and ChatBot

The Menu Bar ensures smooth navigation across all modules, and the ChatBot provides instant support and guidance through an interactive help interface and the Dashboard offers a quick overview of key metrics and recent activities.


Menu Bar

The Menu Bar serves as the primary navigation panel, giving users quick access to all main modules and features of the Athena School Management System.

The Control Center menu bar contains quick-access tools to enhance productivity and user experience:

  • Search Bar – Opens a pop-up window to search for any item, student, user, module, or report in the entire system.

  • Current Time & Date – Displays real-time system date and time, synchronized with the server's time zone.

  • Weather Info – Shows the current weather conditions for the selected branch’s location.

  • Information (ℹ️) – Provides access to get more infomation.

  • Documentation (📖) - Provides access to the user guide, technical guide, test results and support information.

  • Support (🔘) – Opens a pop-up to raise new support tickets, view ticket history, and contact the support team.

  • Color Palette (🎨) – Opens a pop-up to personalize icon sizes and colors.

  • Notifications (🔔) – Displays real-time system notifications for updates, tasks, reminders, or messages.

  • User Profile Panel (🧑🏽​) – Shows the user’s photo, name, and role. Clicking opens the dashboard, settings, help & feedback and logout options.

  • Side Bar (≡) - Reveals a hidden navigation menu in the left hand corner, allowing users to quickly access various sections of the system.

ChatBot

ChatBot (AI Assistant) (💬) – Instantly available to answer questions, guide users, and provide real-time support through a conversational interface.
