UAT Test Results

This page documents test cases executed manually as UAT on the system.

1. Sign In Page

SI001	Verify Logo Display	Open the sign-in page.	The logo is displayed correctly at the top of the page.
SI002	Verify Email Field	Click on the Email input box.	Email input field is editable and accepts valid email.
SI003	Verify Password Field	Click on the Password input box.	Password input field is editable and masks characters.
SI004	Verify Remember Me Checkbox	Click the "Remember Me" checkbox.	Checkbox gets selected or deselected correctly.
SI005	Verify Forget Password Link	Click the "Forget Password" Link.	User is navigated to the password recovery page.
SI006	Verify Login with Valid Credentials	Enter valid email and password and click Login.	User successfully logs in and is redirected to dashboard.
SI007	Verify Login with Invalid Credentials	Enter invalid email or password or both and click Login.	Error message displayed: "Invalid email or password."
SI008	Verify Login with Empty Fields	Leave Email or Password or both empty and click Login.	Error message displayed: "Email and password are required."
SI009	Verify Sign in with Google	Click on "Sign in with Google" button.	Google sign-in popup appears and user can authenticate.
SI010	Verify Sign in with Teams	Click on "Sign in with Teams" button.	Microsoft Teams sign-in popup appears and user can authenticate.
SI011	Verify "Powered by LankaCom"	Check if the "LankaCom" text is clickable.	It redirects to LankaCom website; otherwise, it is displayed correctly.

2. Forget Password

FP001	Verify Forget Password Email Field	Navigate to Forget Password page, click on Email input box.	Email input field is editable and accepts valid email addresses.
FP002	Verify Temporary Password Sent Email	Enter registered email and submit the Forget Password request.	Temporary password or reset link is sent to the entered email.
FP003	Verify Temporary Password Validity	Use temporary password within 24 hours of receipt.	Temporary password allows login successfully within 24 hours.
FP004	Verify Temporary Password Expiry	Attempt to use temporary password after 24 hours.	Temporary password is expired; login denied with error.
FP005	Verify Back to Login Link	On Forget Password page, click "Back to Login" link.	User is navigated back to the Sign In page.
