Subjects

Manage Subjects for your application, including subject names, codes, color coding, and medium of instruction.

Layout

Add New Subject

  • Subject Name – Enter the name of the subject.

  • Subject Code – Enter a unique code for the subject.

  • Medium – Select the medium of instruction.

  • Subject Color – Choose a color to visually identify the subject.

  • Please add unique values for these fields: Subject Name, Subject Code

Subjects List

  • Subject Name – Displays the name of the subject.

  • Subject Code – Shows the unique code for the subject.

  • Subject Colour – Displays the assigned color indicator for the subject.

  • Medium – Shows the medium of instruction.

  • Actions – Edit or delete options for each subject.

Subjects Management Actions

  • Edit – Modify subject name, code, medium, or color.

  • Delete – Remove a subject from the system with the following restriction:

Delete Subject – Only allowed if the subject is not assigned to any class, curriculum, or student.

Key Features

  • Unique Identification – Each subject has a unique name and code for easy reference.

  • Visual Color Coding – Assign colors to subjects for quick visual identification across the system.

  • Medium of Instruction – Support for multiple language media.
