This News feature enables administrators and authorized users to create, edit, publish, and manage organizational news content.

Create News

The news composer captures the following fields:

  • News title - Headline of the news article.

  • Attachments - Upload files to attach to this news item. Max 10 MB per file.

  • Category - Classification tag.

  • Author ID - Identifier of the creator.

  • Status - Publication state dropdown. Options: Published, Draft, Archived.

News List

The main news table displays all created news articles with the following columns:

  • Title - Headline of the news article

  • Content - Preview or full snippet of the news body text

  • Category - Classification tag

  • Author - Identifier or ID of the creator

  • Status - Publication state

  • Published At - Timestamp when the news was made public

  • Created At - Timestamp when the news entry was first created

  • Actions - Row-level controls

News Categories

CategoryTypical Use
AnnouncementOfficial organizational announcements.
