Conversation Types

Groups - Group conversations with multiple participants

Default Groups - System-generated or predefined groups

Conversation List

Search Conversations – Searches conversations by name or participant.

Conversation Name – Displays the name of the conversation or group.

Last Messages – Show the most recent message preview.

Timestamp – Shows when the last message was sent.

Member Count – Displays the number of members in the conversation for groups.

Conversation Selection

Select a Conversation – Prompts user to choose a conversation from the list to start messaging.

Create New Conversation – Option to create a new conversation if none exists.
Composer Features

Attach Files - Upload attachments (up to 10 files per message)

Messages - Type messages (99 characters remaining)

Send - Send the typed message

Delete - Delete message content from composer

Messages Management Actions

| Create Conversation | Start a new group or individual conversation | Allowed for admins and moderators |
| Send Message | Send a message to the selected conversation | Message content is required |
| Edit Message | Modify an already sent message | May be restricted after a time limit or if already read |
| Delete Message | Remove a sent message | Only allowed for own messages or with admin/mod privileges |
| Add Participants | Add members to a group conversation | Only allowed for admins, or moderators |
| Remove Participants | Remove members from a group conversation | Only allowed for admins, or moderators |
| Attach Files | Upload files to a message | Maximum 10 files per message |
