Add New Curriculum

Curriculum – Enter curriculum name and select the associated academic year.

Add New Section

Section – Enter section name to organize grades and classes within a curriculum.

Please add unique values for this field under same curriculum.

Add New Grade

Grade - Enter grade name under a specific curriculum and section.

Please add unique values for this field under same section.

Add New Class
-
Basic Information – Enter class name.

Subjects – Select subjects for this class.

Streams – Select streams for this class

Please add unique values for the class name under same grade.

Academic Structure List

Curriculums – Displays the name of the curriculum.
-
Sections – Shows the number of sections configured under each curriculum.

Grades – Displays the grade levels associated with each curriculum and section.

Classes – Shows individual classes within each grade.

Academic Structure Management Actions
-
Edit – Modify curriculum names, academic years, section assignments, grade levels, class subjects, and stream configurations.

Delete – Remove an item from the system with the following restrictions:

Delete Grade – Only allowed if there are no classes under that grade.

Delete Section – Only allowed if there are no grades under that section.
-
Delete Curriculum – Only allowed if there are no sections under that curriculum.
